I had them come out repair my chimney, I thought they did a good job.. THEN it rained! And my chimney leaked!! I’ve been calling them for months NO ANSWER!!! What the heck!!! I am very disappointed in the (lack of )service from this company!

We are been really pleased with the service A-1 Chimney Maintenance provided. While it took a little while to get set up with an appointment, they were worth a few week's wait! (This chimney probably hadn't ever been cleaned, and we weren't in a big hurry). They were prompt and efficient with the inspection appointment, and set us up with a date to remove the decades-worth of nasty glaze inside the chimney. I thought I was getting a great deal when I found a coupon on Groupon for a Chimney Sweep. I have left up to 20 messages over the last three weeks. I call day and evening but it does not matter. I have even filled out their form online to request information. The answering machine does not give the name of the company nor does it give a person's name. It does not seem to be a legitimate business attitude. I have gotten no answer, no returned call, no email. I have reported this to Groupon as well.

I called day and evening. The phone got answered by a man. There was no company name given nor a personal name given. I filled out the form on the website twice and did not receive a receipt either time nor a call back then.
