Watch out for the bait and switch! They charged me over for $400 for a carpet clean and they didn’t even tell me that there was a cheaper option (even when I asked). After I called and told them about the situation, their receptionist told me she’d contact the owner and that she would call me back. Shocker, the owner never did. They also didn’t clean the master closet. It was still full of pet hair afterwards. I would choose another company. I also would give them less than one star if I could.
Adalyn was great to work with and very personable. She did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet and removing pet stains! We will be using A1-Chem Dry again in the future.
