A1 Cellular’s Harkrider location is a scam dressed up as a repair shop. I’m out $270 and the employee I dealt with was openly hostile and dishonest. Consider this a warning: if you go here, expect to lose money. My ordeal began with hope at their Oak Street location, where an employee was polite and guided me on what part to order.
