One star is more than they deserve because of the actions of one of their employees. A lady was on social media trying to contact me because she had purchased a tablet from me and wanted to purchase another one. An employee of A-1 Cellular Repair in Conway, Leah Paulos, tried to use this post as a selling platform for this store and then cursed me and stated we were selling outdated junk. A1 Cellular’s Harkrider location is a scam dressed up as a repair shop. I’m out $270 and the employee I dealt with was openly hostile and dishonest. Consider this a warning: if you go here, expect to lose money. My ordeal began with hope at their Oak Street location, where an employee was polite and guided me on what part to order.
