Did a good job restretching my carpet
Was hired by the general contractor to install carpet in 3 bedrooms and on steps. Finished all but 1 bedroom stating he needed some tapcons to finish tack strips and would be back in 2 days to finish this was the second week of July. He then went to contractor stating he was done and was paid.
