Our grandson had to have emergency surgery so we called to cancel services for the next day. We stated the reason for cancellation and asked for someone to call us to reschedule. We never received a call back. The next morning, a man shows up claiming to be the owner. No uniform or anything just a clipboard. Accused me of lying that I called.
