If i could give a 0 star i would. Very unprofessional from the start. Soon as they pick up they phone you get a confused rude hello. The people need trained on how to speak with customers or hire someone who does.
Tried calling for several hours. No answer.

Let the phone ring for eternity from 430 until 5pm Saturday, after a while someone hung up on me so I called back and then they left the phone off the hook! REALLY? I give A-1 A-0
