Rude customer service and overpriced – I took my GMC Yukon in to get a quote at A-1 Body Shop after my car got damaged on its side passenger door. When I entered their shop, there was no one around to greet me, I had to wait for 5 or so minutes before anyone came. I understand that in auto shops sometimes things happen like this, however when the estimator came, he acted abrasive from the start.
