All of the employees that I dealt with were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Used to be a great place with great service but it unfortunately has changed to an awful place with an awful service. So be aware it's not the same anymore.
Collision Pros is the best! I stopped by to get advice about removing tree sap from my car. They removed the tree sap, then buffed and polished the spot at no charge.
I had a problem with my Tesla while visiting my daughter at UC Davis. I called at 3pm on a Friday. They squeezed me in to get me back on the road and finished so fast. The customer service was top notched throughout my experience! This is a very competively priced Tesla-certified shop! It is now my permanent shop even though I live in LA where it takes weeks to get in anywhere, sometimes months. Seriously great work from them.
Collision pros is awesome! They are busy but every time I called they were always cordial!! Samantha is in the front is wonderful. She was so bubbly and helpfulFrony desk people rarely get credit. I feel your front staff can make or break the experience. Samantha is a rock star!!
