The entire experience was very professional. My car was done perfectly and ahead of the estimated completion day. I will recommend A-1 Body and Frame to anyone! Completely satisfied. Great Company! Jay and his team were fabulous!
Horrible communication!! They had my vehicle for 7 weeks (a 2-3 week job) After 2 weeks they realized my duct taped van was sitting in their parking lot to be repaired. I did my part, I dropped it off as scheduled and put my keys in the drop box. I was promised it would be done in a couple weeks, then next week, then a couple days. I had to call them when the deadlines continued to pass. Finally....it was finished. Now they blame the insurance company, they are waiting for payment.
