This was the most pleasant experience I have had with a business in a long time. I called them and told them what was happening with my plumbing and Ashley called me back and were at my house in a very short time. They found I have a systern as well as located the septic and cleaned it out. If you need septic service I highly recommend this company. I would like to Thank them from the bottom of my heart.
Treats service members poorly . We called to have an issue fixed and the woman on the phone treated us like we were idiots that had no reason to call about our septic tank over flowing with waste. She refused to send a team to determine what the issue was and decided we didn’t know enough about the issues we were facing and didn’t deserve resolution. She decided that we were inept and she was an expert but she refused to help….. and we still have raw sewage leaking into our yard.
Just nice people all around and great service
On my way home from Madisonville today. The driver of A1 Bluegrass was driving on Crofton Fruit Hill Rd. Approach the split at FruitHill Baptist Church. He applied the brakes enough to slow down but then ran the stop sign. Followed him into Fearsville, again he applied the brakes enough to slow down, and yet again ran another stop sign. He the proceeded to his appointment on Greenville Rd. Time frame about 11:30 am to 11:50 am 01-27-25. Where is the safety in regards to the public.
So easy to deal with. Right on time, friendly, did an exceptional job. Would highly recommend!!
