I resigned today from A1 block because of the plant management. The plant manager is extremely unprofessional and discriminatory towards any and all people of color. He belittles minorities and any other person that will let him by with it. You work from 5 to 5 without a break. None. No breaks, no lunch nothing. The pay discrimination is accurate in a previous review. Myself being white was payed a dollar more an hour compared to the younger black Male who had been there longer than I had.
