We've called this company several times trying to make an appointment. We left messages and they have yet to return our calls. This is not a good look for any company.
I had an excellent experience with A1 from start to finish. Gary helped me to find the vertical blinds I was looking for, Kelly came out to measure and she was very professional and great, and today Bill came to install them - he could not have been nicer, and they look perfect. They even rushed my order as my plans changed and I had to leave FL earlier than originally thought. I would recommend A1 Blinds and Shutters to anyone who is in the market for new window treatments. I needed a new string for the track of my old vertical blinds, beyond my skill level even though I'm very handy. When I phoned, Gary immediately said he thought he could do it, and do it quickly. I brought the track to the store, and it was fixed in a matter of hours. I'm really impressed with Gary's can-do spirit, and professional skill. I highly recommend A-1 Blinds and Shutters!
