Gary is very friendly and helpful, first class service!!!
Very poor customer service. Unorganized, and doesn't communicate well. This is a smaller local company which I prefer to do business with, but I would not recommend this one. Ughhh
The sales rep was wonderful, the installer was terrific. I was on the phone with the VA trying to reschedule an appointment and the installation was done before I was off the phone. Nice people who actually care.
The 2 stars are only for Gary. This man is an honest small business owner who truly does care. That said, I paid $6000 for “zebra blinds” for my entire sunroom. It was a disaster. Not measured correctly by Kelly. When I noticed it, I texted her and she never called me but within 5 minutes the final payment popped up on my credit card. The installer is a train wreck. I was referred to Gary at A-1 Blinds from a friend, they did a wonderful job from measuring and installation and the finished product is awesome. They were very prompt with their service as well. I am very very pleased with all three windows I had done. I will refer him to everyone I know!,
