Gary was very helpful. Highly recommend!
We have used Gary and A1 Blinds to do all the window coverings at our old condo, and some of the windows at the new condo. Recently we dropped in to discuss some issue with the vertical blinds that have been installed for years. Gary was incredibly helpful with ideas on how to fix them rather than replace. Worked like a charm. Gary is very knowledgeable and helpful, he is our go to guy for blinds.

Very poor customer service. Unorganized, and doesn't communicate well. This is a smaller local company which I prefer to do business with, but I would not recommend this one. Ughhh
The sales rep was wonderful, the installer was terrific. I was on the phone with the VA trying to reschedule an appointment and the installation was done before I was off the phone. Nice people who actually care.
