I have several issues with the installation. 1) The awning is sloped from left to right. 2) There is a screw installed at an angle into the wall that appears to be coming out and I worry water is getting behind and into house wall. 3) The aluminum is bent. Over the past couple months, I have called dozens of times using both of their numbers (A-1 Awning Discounters and Sparkee Awnings) and sent dozens of e-mails with pictures and they won't answer the phone or my e-mails. A1 Awning came out & gave me a free estimate. It was reasonably priced so we went ahead & placed an order. Everyone was friendly & easy to work with. Ten weeks turnaround time & they came to install today. It is absolutely beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. April 2024, we have now added a 2nd awning. This one covers the entire patio. The awning look good but I had an issue which they said would be taken care of. No one showed up, no one responds to phone calls or emails and it's been months. I'm really surprise and disappointed.
Great response time, showed up when promised, cleaned up after installation and good customer service.
