The first time I called, they actually answered my call, which most businesses don't do, or they just leave you hanging on the phone. Anyway, Steve and his team are great people to work with. They treated me well and are very honest and trustworthy. I like doing business with people who treat their customers well.
A1 Automotive is the absolute best! No one else could figure out why our Nissan Murano had a check engine light on, but Steve diagnosed it as the catalytic converter, cleaned it out, turned the light off, and we never saw it again. For our new car, he got everything road-ready at a really fair price, which is why our whole family comes here now. Steve is an honest, reasonable, and respectable man who truly has rare integrity for a mechanic.
I have been to many many auto shops in my life and this has to be the most honest place i’ve been too. The owner Steve (who is really knowledgeable with vehicles) goes out of his way to help you and explain all your options. Also he gets the work done really quick compared to other places where they seem to never be in a hurry. Give him a try and you will be back!
