Got a flat early in the morning, they got me in and got the car back to me the same day! Very well organized, and communicated with me at every step of the way.
Took my car in for a basic tune-up one morning. During the diagnostic, the mechanic found a few things--valve cover leak, bad tire. Was given a quote in the upper $800 dollars, which sounded reasonable. Got a call late in the afternoon. The cost was now about $160 more--two new wheel studs. Ok. The car would be ready the next morning. Got a pic of my engine sent via text the next morning?!? What the heck?? The mechanic is back rooting around in the engine.
