I had my vehicle towed to A- auto with no scratches or dents on it and when I received it back, the whole passenger side was dented and scratched from the back to the front of the passenger door. The Owner denied doing so even though I showed proof of a video from the towing company that no scratches or dents were on it when dropped off. They told me to pretty much fuck off and they are not paying for it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They also did work without approval and charged me for it. BAD PLACE OF BUSINESS
THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DID MY REPAIRS IN A TIMELY MATTER, VERY AFFORDABLE! THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND GOT THE BEST PARTS FOR MY VEHICLE!!! PLS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE, BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE AND U WON'T REGRET IT. I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK.
