The worse place I have take any of my vehicle in my life time too. This guy either is not educated enough to work on vehicles or he is just lazy! Back yard mechanic at best. Do yourselves a favor and save yourself some money and avoid taking your vehicle here. Oil change, tire rotation fluid check at best.
