Other than the pit guy Trying to take off a skid plate. Before he realized there was a port hole with 4 small bolts. And not replacing the 1/2” bolt on the plate. Also NOT taking a minute or two to wipe the excess oil off of the under carriage That left an oil stain in my garage floor. The young man running the store. The next day was helpful in finding the bolt that was lost and took pictures of all the paper towels that I wiped the excess oil up with. He was very polite and concerned the guys did a nice job thank you
Went in for a simple oil change and tire pressure check — nothing fancy. The crew themselves were cool and professional; no complaints there. What threw me off was how often they tried to tack on extras. Every 10–15 minutes someone was suggesting another “optional” service — filters, detergents, the works. It felt more like running a gauntlet of sales pitches than getting maintenance done. Great staff and great service. Took great care of my car (and my dogs).
I had the best experience yesterday. Every person there was friendly and willing to help my husband and I. Chris went above and beyond to help what I thought would be a quick question and fix. He went the extra mile to make sure the tire was safe for our journey. I am glad I stopped in because it would not have been safe!! I highly recommend supporting our local Grease Monkey.
These guys are awsome, the whole staff is there to work and get the job done. I had a issue with a check engine light cause they accidentally bumped a wire but they were trully concerned about fixing the situation and that says a lot there’s some people out there that just don’t care I’ll definitely be coming back next oil change.
