Told them I was 4 hours away from home here with a 10 month old baby, and my alternator needed replaced. They said they'd start with the hourly of 135 to diagnose, which took a maximum of 20 minutes and we already knew the problem. Got stuck in town and had to call a mobile mechanic after they charged me 135$ to diagnose a vehicle I told them had the issue they identified. Which is their hourly rate, when we had got back from lunch which took and hr 1/2 they hadn't even looked at it. Took 15 minutes to look at it and confirmed what we already knew to charge us 135$ Quoted me 988$ and some change for an alternator replacement on top of that.
