Me and my friends got stranded 11 hours away from home and these people were SO HELPFUL! Tammy gave us a ride to a nearby hotel, Jennifer was super kind, and random people in the shop were giving us food recommendations. A really bad situation was made so much easier with these people!! THANK YOU!
Hands down the best experience. I was traveling from Washington to Sacramento, going to pick up my son and drive right back for a important medical thing. My car overheated coming over the pass. I called 2 other mechanics and they wouldn't even hear me thru before they cut me off telling me they couldn't help me. A-1 listened to my problem, saw me that day. Thank you A-1 Auto. I called on a Friday, in a panic because the wheelchair accessible van I have for a disabled sister began making a screeching metal on metal sound. I called A-1 and Jennifer talked to her boss and they worked me in. They found a pebble in between a rotor and caliper (I think).
