This company tells lies. I was not double booked. I booked only through them. Also how can you try to say that you shipped a car when I am the one that is drove it across the country in the end?
I tried to use A1 Auto Movers to ship my car from California to Florida this month. The customer service was horrible. I was the one primarily contacting them for the driver's info, the confirmation the pickup date, and the drop off date. Sometimes, I would text them multiple times and not get a response back. Finally, I was able to get the driver's info from someone named *****. I reached out the driver, who initally agreed to pickup my car at 3pm. 3 pm came and went. We dispatched the order as we were supposed to and the first driver backed down because the customer had contracted with 2 companies. We had to assign a different driver and explain the sutuation. This customer double booked their order. We have a signed contract
I was stuck in **** , ****** and had to ship my ram truck and 30ft forest river travel trailer back to *******. I was so lucky to find ***** with A1 auto movers. From beginning to end she was there to lead me thru the process. Give her a calltell her ***** said hey ??

Absolutely terrible experience. Waited over a week - when I would call to check status, received the same lies over and over "we found a company but need their insurance paperwork". "You haven't received a confirmation yet?" "they will be there tomorrow morning". I heard from another broker who identified their offer on the transport sheet and told me it was >50% more expensive than the figure they quoted me. Couldn't even get them to cancel my order since they were unable to actually book anyone after over a week of waiting... read more

We have signed orders for all of our customers and have a window period to pick up vehicles. This isnt one of our customers. Sorry but theres different a1 companies
This auto mover does not communicate. They picked up our vehicle 2 days late, no communication. Tried to deliver it at 11pm, again with no advance notice. Demanded cash on delivery. Driver was not helpful, punctual or communicative about pick up or drop off. Do not trust them with your vehicle. Manager has yet to call us back after a week of waiting.

My apologies you feel this way. As per the contract the carrier has 48 -73 hours to pick up the vehicles. Your husband spoke to the carrier and advised him it was ok to deliver at that time. On the contract it states the cod amount must be paid cash cashier's check or money order. The driver had other vehicles to deliver yet he stayed until the next day until you were able to pay him. The driver and i were both in contact with your husband *****
I've shipped 3 cars with A1 and Nikky always gets the job done at the best rate and as quick as possible. I highly recommend to all
***** was an absolute nightmare to work with and I would run the other way before reaching out to this company. We ended up using a broker that was just slightly more ($200) but their service was well worth the price difference. ***** made empty promises of having our cars picked up without having the drivers in place.
