I visited this location today 12/27/19 and was looking for a car that I had been searching for a specific vehicle and noticed the BMW that was possibly the one I had been looking for. A man came out and introduced himself as Hani. ( Mr. Hani El-Jabsheh). He noticed that I was looking at the BMW on his lot and began telling me the history behind it. I have bought three vehicles from A1 Auto Brokers and very happy with everyone of them. They are very professional and I felt like they really care about the customer. I'm sure when I'm ready for a vehicle upgrade I will be back to A1. I highly recommend you visit them for your next auto.
Great experience with A-1 Auto Brokers! No high pressure sales job. Didn't even take our name and number the first time we stopped by. They were very willing to work with us. Allowed us to take the truck we were thinking about buying to our mechanic to look it over. We ended up buying the truck. Very professional and willing to do whatever they could to make us happy. Would definitely go there again!
I've driven past this lot for a bunch of years and have stopped in occasionally. They have always been great even when I'm just kicking tires. Today my girlfriend bought a mini-van from them and I happened to find a great little car for my daughter's first car. I couldn't be happier with the service and the pricing was fair and reasonable. I bought a 2004 Mercedes Benz S500 approximately 4 months ago based on a recommendation from the owner of the lot. I bought a BMW from A-1 2 months ago and couldn't be happier. This will be my first stop the next time I am in the market. I spent 3 months looking for this car. During that time I must have gone to 10 used car lots. I encountered bait/switch, high-pressure sales, and uninterested and/or ignorant salesmen. A-1 was different.
