Jeff and his mom were very sweet and in my quote very quickly I was maybe only there 8 minutes. I just love the atmosphere of this place. Very kind and welcoming, especially for somebody who's never been there before

This place is great for any auto body work!!! The owner is a fantastic guy. I grew up in the St. Joseph-Stevensville, Michigan area and grew up with my parents taking their vehicles for body work to one place. When I became an adult, I also took my vehicles and then my wife and my vehicles to it. Now that I live in Portage and found A-1 Auto Body, I give it the best review, and in fact, if I could give it a 10 Star Rating, I would!!!!!!
Got in a fender bender when a lady decided she was going to turn into my car in the middle of the lane at an intersection. Took it to A1 autobody and not only did they take forever to give me back my car the work they did does not reflect The price it cost to get it fixed. There are rocks underneath the clearcoat from where they painted. There are rocks and other contamination inside of my paint as well.
