Friendly and excellent communication
I had a self inflicted wound with my truck on the farm, I smashed my tailgate in. I called my friend who is a retired Surrey ICBC claims adjuster who recommended Jan from A-1 auto body in Langley. Walked in no with appointment, Jan greeted me and asked me how he could help, listened to my situation then he walked out to my truck, surveyed the damage, popped the tailgate off, ordered the right latch to match the new tailgate that I provided and told me to come back in 4 days and it would be done and it was! I have gone to A-1 Autobody more than once. They have always done a great job and I will definitely go back if I ever need anymore bodywork done ! I had bad work done years ago at R and N autobody and some others, this place is so consistently awesome ots hard to believe, Exceeds expectations for sure!
