Absolutely worst service I've ever experienced in a business or anywhere for that matter. Twice I've set appointments with Larry. The first time I guess he didn't write it down so I showed up at the agreed time and the lady at the front argued with me and said I didn't have an appointment and would have to come another time. The second time I called and set up another appointment explaining that I needed an issue fixed by a specific date for a road trip. I asked if it could be fixed by then.
