Nice guys! I went there because I need a new keychain for my car alarm. Well, actually the guy tested and found that I really only needed a new $3 battery for my keychain alarm. He gave it to me for free and I was so happy with the customer service that I later went back and bougth my stereo there. PROS: Good guys - trustworthy CONS: none.
