Honest and friendly. They diagnosed my dishwasher with a failed power panel and discussed pro and con of replacing the panel $225 vs a new dishwasher. Unfortunately my new Frigidaire dishwasher was only 15 months and out of the 1 yr warranty. I opted for a new dishwasher after reading reviews that Frigidaire has repeated failed power panel even after replacing (lemon product!). In total I was charged $95 of the routine visit fee.
