If I could I would give no star!! Absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Called them on July 1st & they came out on the 2nd. The needed part for my washer had to be ordered & I was told it would be after the holiday before they could get back to me. Totally understandable. Well the following Tuesday, the 9th, I called to see the status & was told the part was “on the truck” & would be in on the 10th. Scheduled a time on the 11th for them to come out. I got diagnosed the problem with my oven and was told that he would come fix it the next week, but I had to pay first, well I did and never heard back until roughly 9-10 days later and was told he would come back the next week for sure. The next week came and I never heard from anyone, so I had to reach out then he eventually came 16-day later.
