DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! Paid over $200.00 for 15 minutes of work (the part was $23.00) and the guy couldn't even reinstall the appliance right. Will never call this place again if I need an appliance fixed.
We used A-1 Appliance to come fix our washing machine. They were in and out, fixed the problem, and we were charged $160 for the repair (Diagnostic fee, labor charge, and fee for the part). Even though I think it is expensive, I understand that they need to make money and that is probably a comparable fee from any repair business. My husband did not feel the same way and called later that evening and put in a complaint because he thought the charge was excessive.
