Cliff came and replaced ice maker which broke again within 2 months time it was still under warranty which I was told a new when had been ordered every time I would call it wasn’t in yet and when I asked for the number to call myself I was told no . I gave up which obviously is what they were counting on .

Cliff- the owner is a scam artist. We paid $135 for him to come out and assets our refrigerator. He told me what was wrong snd stated he would order the parts. Two months later he never ordered the parts and every time I called him he said he will call me back. His business practices are not one I would recommend. $135 to tell me something I new. He had zero intention to fix it.

I've been waiting for six months for a part. Every time I call I don't even get the impression that he knows who I am (never asks my name or anything that would actually identify what repair he's supposed to be doing) and I just get told that nothing is coming through parts-wise.

Called in to try and see what repair services were available for my refrigerator. As soon as I mentioned repairs, the man who answered cut me off and told me that he doesn’t work on them. Interesting considering the website says they give estimates for repairs including refrigerators.
