I was very disappointed with our experience of A-1 Repair. I contacted them after reading the positive reviews. I was told I needed a new part, a deposit was given, and the part ordered. The new part was installed two days later and I was told my washer was fine. After Jim left, I ran a load of laundry and the original problem was still there. I called for him to come back and he did the next day. He told my husband that there was not a problem, but he would refund our money for the service call or the part (over $200.00), h... read more

Jim is more than honest and more than fair. He replaced the compressor on my A/C on a Saturday when I was in a real bind. A1=A plus.

Absolutely fantastic! I had just bought a new washer from a local retailer and the warranty was not included-after several uses the washer was not spinning or rinsing. Well i thought it was a factory problem and thought i lost my money. Well i called A1 appliance and when the gentleman came he was able to fix my washer with a minimum fee. I was shocked.
