Horrible! This man,Joe,came by late on a Saturday. Our unit was freezing up. He said it needed to set for 45 minutes and he would be back then. Two hours later he finally shows up. Doesn't look inside the unit or check anything else. He just added some freon. He told me he put a pound and a half in but told the landlord it was a half pound.
