This is one of the most and worst idiotic company that I dealt with. We bought a 14 yr old house that the previous owners had this A1 system, and we decided to go with as it was there. On the day of activation the guy came in and I clearly told to complete in an hour as there is nothing to do exception checking and activation and told I have a meeting in two hours.
