We were scheduled to drain my hot tub and other work around the house. He was over an hour late, but he did call ahead of time. I asked that he not drain the hot tub water into the back yard, as we have dogs. He seemed annoyed and said I should have told him about this at the time of booking. When it was time to power wash the house, the equipment failed. We moved onto rehanging the screen porch, which was sticking in the frame. After re-hanging it, it no longer stuck, but was crooked.
