Your employee spent more than 20 minutes on my roof when I never asked them to be there and without asking, I've never even called your company before today. They were trespassing! When I confronted the guy he said oh it was just an accident. An accident would be putting up the ladder realizing your on the wrong property and fixing your mistake not 20 minutes later and after being confronted by me.
