It’s been almost 5 months, and they won’t send us a detailed invoice for the bill we received. Odd…I would stay far away!

My house got sooted out , carbon monoxide alarms going off , fire department at my house around 9pm evacuating the property . BE WARNED!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! We hired A1 through Region Oil as they were recommended. They came out and informed us that we needed a liner installed and some chimney repair work done. We received a quote of $3250. We paid upfront and the day they came out, none of the workers spoke English. My wife was home and asking questions and none of them could be answered.
