Ever since the Preston's sold this business it's gone down hill. I've been in a few times and the new owners are very rude and don't seem to want to keep the business that the Prestons once did. I went in today and the door was locked, a guy with long hair came to the door and opened it. I said, "Hi, how are you?" And he rudely nodded his head at me. Another customer had walked in right behind and me said something brief to him in which he had no response. I said, "Are you too busy or what?" And he threw his hands up and sai... read more
I was impressed by how efficiently they completed the task. I am grateful to them because I lost my car keys and my car was in Merced. They managed to travel that distance and make a spare key for me, all within the same day.
