This is the first time our basement flooded out of our control. ServPro Techs (Dillon, Josh, Michael, and others) have been great in guiding me through the processes. Tia has been primarily taking care of the packing of all of my things that I have (it’s a lot). She has been so professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. More phases upcoming, but so far I am very pleased with the service ServPro is providing.

On, 5/16/24 a Villa Rica team stepped up on short notice and packed our main level. The next day Team Carrollton ( Tiffany A., Shantae, Kassandra, Austin, Dustin, Jo, and Brandon), for moving and protecting our furniture.
