I think I went into this experience with too many expectations. Such a dingy, small, dirty environment... I WISH that I would have had anyone else but Kirk. It was by far THE worst massage I’ve ever had. We started our consultation and he told me everything he usually ‘doesn’t’ do. I bought a 60 minute customized, essential oil massage. It was so uncomfortable. For someone that said he has been practicing massage therapy for 20 years, he was afraid to touch me. this was my first experience with 9th Street. I arrived early and felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. I had tie before my massage so I was able to relax in a wonderful massage chair to fill out a bit of paperwork. Then I got to the room and it was peaceful and calm. As far as the massage goes it was very wonderful the only way it would have been better is if my hamstrings would have relaxed and let her do the work.
