I researched and found the car that fit all of my needs at a local auto dealership. When purchasing the car there was a light on the dash. I asked about the light and was told it was no big deal two times. 37 days later the car would not start. I again called the dealership and was told that they had changed the door handle out on the car and that was what was wrong. Obviously the door handle is not going to cause the car not to start. I have not bought a car from them yet, but Karen was very straight forward and easy to communicate with on the phone. Transparent too. Prompt on getting back to me with what seems like a reasonable ask for their vehicle. We will see.
Bought a 2004 sequoia from this dealership. They were very easy to deal with. The secretary was very sweet and personable We appreciated the pictures and free carfax to make a decision. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Buying any used vehicle comes with a risk. Know what your getting before you make a purchase. We knowingly bought a 14 year old vehicle without a warranty. If anything goes wrong with it that's on my end. Ive bought 20 year old vehicles from dealerships as well.
