I've been using 9th Line Dental for more than a decade. Staff are friendly, and they accommodate you when it's tough to get a time due to work commitments. They have seemingly invested in 3D imaging equipment allowing them to keep pace with the latest tools in the market. Some of the staff have been working there from since the beginning. I can't say that I've ever had a bad experience with this business.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I came here for a wisdom tooth extraction based on a promise made by Dr. Erkan. She had assured both me and my mom that the cost would be $314 per tooth. I even texted her two days before my appointment to confirm this, and she reiterated the same price. However, on the day of the procedure, Dr. Erkan wasn’t present. The oral surgeon, Dr. Fadi, performed the extraction and I was shocked to be charged $480 for one tooth and $650 for the other. Prior to my experience here, I did not enjoy dental visits. However, the staff's professionalism and the overall process have provided exceptional comfort. Furthermore, the office's advanced technology and high-quality service exceed my previous experiences.
I love this dental office. It’s clean, walking distance from my house, staff are all super friendly, they send multiple reminders for appts. Special shout out to Sherry, best dental hygienist ❤️
