I went to this walk in clinic for the first time, and spoke to the lady with the fair complexion and asked for some help regarding doctors appointment. I spoke with the lady for 5-10 minutes, since the beginning of the conversation, no matter whatever I asked her. She kept rolling her eyes for everything i asked. Zero customer service does not know how to deal with the people in pain. I went for there help but her attitude does not align with the profession she is in. Worst medical clinic in regina. 1 star because Dr. Pervaiz is ALWAYS 30+ minutes late for appointments. Not cool when you have to go to work after and you have no idea how long you're gonna be waiting :(
I had a truly positive experience at 9th Ave. North Medical Clinic in Regina. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional. What really stood out to me was how understanding and accommodating they were, especially as a mom of twin babies.
