As a former member of 2 years, I can say for sure that you will definitely get your money's worth at this gym. The workouts vary from one day to the next, so you will always face different challenges when you come in. The trainers are all very supportive, but I'm only leaving 4 stars because the overall experience is simply not the same without Jenn. If she decides to return in full capacity, then I will gladly give her the 5 stars she deserves.
I am not recommending this place. Owners Jenn and Will very aggressive. No customer service. He pushed my son when we came to cancel the membership. My request to cancel the membership. They can't really explain anything. They don't know how to listen to customers. Franchise “ 9 round” needs to think about whether to continue working with such inadequate owners like Will and Jenn.
They scared my son when we try to give them notice about canceling agreement.
I was a member at 9 Round for 2 years and I'm really going to miss it. It hasn't been the same without Jenn but my overall experience was one that helped me feel stronger and more confident in my 30s than I was in my 20s. If you're looking to make the most out of your workouts, this is the place to go.
A little pricey. But if you can afford it , it’s worth your time and money! Great Instructors
