I have been working out at 9Round for years. I love the 9Round workout - I am able to get a well-rounded and effective workout in 30 minutes. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable and can modify stations if necessary. The owners and trainers are encouraging to help you meet your workout goals. Best of all, this workout is both physically and mentally fulfilling. I love this place and encourage anyone to check it out!
I've been going here for a few years now and there's nothing but great things to say about this location, it's ownership and trainers. This location is properly managed and is constantly kept clean. I've always felt welcomed and a part of the 9Round team whenever I'm there.
