Loved 9Round! Such a fun and motivating environment to work out in, especially when MO is there. The energy, encouragement, and workouts always make it an amazing experience!
I really recommend coming and checking out 9round Wheeling. The staff is super friendly and welcoming — and they push you just the right amount to make sure your workout is challenging while still fun. The 30 minute workout makes it really easy to fit into your schedule and it’s not intimidating. Love the community at 9round and the strength it’s given me!
This place is cool, and all the inserters and teachers are really nice and helpful.
Great gym! It’s a mix of cardio and kickboxing. The trainers support you from start to finish- Love working with Noelle when I’m down & with Mo (owner) & Marquez for form. The entire community is so supportive & you’re in and out in 30 mins. They offer a free workout before signing up; what have you got to lose?
