You should ABSOLUTELY come try out this 9round! The owner gives a challenging and awesome workout! I have been coming here since last September, and it's like my second home, because aside from the workouts, the community is so friendly and supportive! You will not be disappointed!

Greta place to work out. Atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, even if you never tried kickboxing as a women, do not hesitate. You will love it. Trainers are professional, knowledgeable, and adjust their coaching style to your ability and requests. Facility is clean, organized, great AC system, plenty of parking. Wonderful place to get in 30 min high intensity work out. Highly recommended ;)
