I really enjoyed my first session at 9round, definitely plan on coming back ! Great workout that really pushes you but is still super fun. I had an amazing trainer, Andrea, who was relentless but so helpful in guiding me through the workout. The schedule that they have is so easy to work with and it’s only thirty minutes.
Best workout I’ve done in a while!
