Great experience get real feel for gym not your average trainer I’m a boxer and that 30 min workout beat me into shape definitely will be back
Honestly, this is the only gym I’ve ever been consistent with. The workouts are great, just 30 minutes and actually fun. The trainers are incredibly welcoming and motivating.
My son has been enjoying so much the training at 9Round. Coach Erika is amazing, she encourage the kids, and guides them to be a better version of themselves, gives them confidence and really cares. She combines kickboxing training with FUN! I highly recommend it!
