Great place to workout! By far the best part about 9 rounds is the convenience of being able to get a quick workout in whenever I want.

This is THE BEST workout you can get in Waco, TX. There are no class schedule times, you can go in whenever you want! It only takes 30 mins to complete the workout and let me tell you those 30 minutes are INTENSE!! There is a trainer there everyday and they all are amazing and super helpful! Talk about a 30 minute workout that makes you feel like you got a good 2 hours in at the gym. I like how there aren’t any class times so you can just hop in a round whenever you’re ready. The trainers are upbeat and excited your there which is a huge plus too
