Super fun workout! The instructors are so positive and inclusive. And I don't realize how hard I'm working out because it changes every 3 minutes. And I'm never late because there are no class times!
Currently with a pandemic around, the team Is doing it’s best to make sure hygiene is up to mark by cleaning anything and everything we touch. Social distance is maintained between individuals and we need to book our appointments, with a maximum of 5 people one class + 1 trainer which is superb. I miss working on the pads with the trainers but to compensate for that particular workout You guys have outdone yourself’s by making the freestyle round impactful, with a higher intensity workout. I love my 9Round! Even through all the crazy of the pandemic, the trainers at 9Round have made the best of a difficult situation. Everyone keeps a positive attitude and it makes the members inspired too. Thank you 9Round St. Matthews!!
