I spent thousands of dollars of chiropractic care and rehab and yet somehow hitting things is the only thing that alleviates chronic pain from a nerve entrapment in my neck. I love this place and the owner has become a wonderful friend.
9ROUND is the best 30-minute full body workout. Using a kick boxing format that will push you to work hard. Each round is video illustrated to help you get the most of each of the 9 rounds. No set class times, simplify show up put on your wraps and gloves and start kicking and punching. Don't worry, nothing is going to punch back. You will not regret giving 9ROUND a shot.
