This place is shady…I canceled my membership Jan 2021 and here it is June 2021 and they are still charging me. The manager has not responded to any emails..the phone is currently disconnected, and the gym is not open for me to talk to anybody personally. I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau because this is ridiculous and unjust. I’m very very frustrated and completely done with this business.
I had a dispute regarding my membership dues. Today, I got to know that my account has been placed in collections for non-payment of dues which I never got notified for. Local gym at South Plainfield is not replying to my emails or phones. No communication from either from the local gym or corporate communications as to why my account was auto renewed or placed in collections.
