I went there for a trial class. I was not impressed with the atmosphere. First off it was hard to find, when I got there the coach was less than welcoming. He didn't seem enthusiastic about his job, nor was he there to push me or to really guide into the workouts. Cool concept overall and definitely a GREAT workout but that environment was not for me
Such an amazing concept to avoid excuses to why you’re (still) not “in the gym”. A great way to get moving and do quick and efficient 30min workout! Super fun, convenient and greatly guided. Equipment provided, all you really need is to show up. I tried Monday Knockout session with Robbie and will definitely make it a regular commitment, and even get to an occasional drop in! Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing boxing gym with the best coaches and management. Everyone is super friendly & the rounds everyday are unique that challenges you to do better. High intensity full body 30 minutes workouts that will help anyone tone their body, gain strength & loose fat. Highly recommend!
I love this 9 Round! The trainers are all so nice, welcoming, and encouraging!! The exercises are are tough but there are loads of modifications if needed. I am very glad I found this location.
