Terrible workout. Owner seems to have a short man complex. Won’t take my sons back there again.
I had the best experience at 9Round Puyallup last weekend, and I can't recommend it enough to others. It was hands down the most efficient combination of cardio and strength exercise classes I've ever had. I couldn't believe how quickly the class went or by how very great I felt afterwards. Ariel, my instructor, was welcoming and encouraging, and he was very clear and knowledgeable. It was a great experience, and I can't recommend enough!
Lots of good places to go to work out. This is a more serious place. It gives a killer workout. Not a place for socializing or snapchatting. Get in. Do it. Get out. Perfect for me and my schedule.
If Cross-fit and Kickboxing ever had a love-child it would be named 9 Rounds. This is a great way to burn calories with challenging workouts. But, the real reason I go here is for the therapy of being able to get away with violently kicking and punching things while pretending to be preparing for some type of imaginary tournament in my head.
